This battery case holder is intended to keep your batteries right where you need them for quick easy reliable access when you need them. With night hunters in mind, this holder is designed to be as tough, sleek, lightweight, and minimalist as possible, while also providing great dexterity and ease of use in low visibility scenarios. With more and more night optics such as thermals and digital night scopes taking 18650 or CR123a batteries, this holder is a must for serious night hunters. The battery holder is designed to attach to standard picatinny rails while orienting the battery perpendicular to the length of the rail, this is critical as it allows much more room to tighten the cap, loosen the cap, remove and or insert the battery even with thick gloves on! Some of the key features of this battery holder are as follows: Fits one 18650 or 2 CR123A Batteries Tethered cap to eliminate the chance of cap loss in the dark Easy to grab hexagonal cap with knurling on the edges, works great even with thick gloves! Silent Operation, foam buffer installed inside to prevent any unwanted noises of battery movement Tested to be water resistant to rain and splashing or temporary submersion at .5m for less than a minute Extremely lightweight Easily attaches to any standard picatinny rail The battery holder is made from a lightweight shock and heat resistant polymer that will hold up to harsh environments and firing conditions. Torque spec is 8inlb for the picatinny mount to the scope picatinny rail. If you do not have a torque wrench then the bolts should be lightly snug plus a 1/4 turn. Do NOT over-tighten the bolts as that could cause stripping of threads, damage to the holder, and or damage to the picatinny rail. No returns will be accepted for over torqued screws and I will not and cannot be held responsible for damage caused to anything from over torquing of the screws.
