Mid-19th century English porcelain mazarine/drainer in an Imari-style floral pattern. Matches known “Smyrna (Izmir)” export ware made for the Ottoman market. These inserts were often left unmarked even when matching plates were stamped. Likely Staffordshire production, in the style of Ridgway or Davenport. Hand-pierced drain holes with a central lift hole.
