Size is about 20” long by 8,5” wide. Super nice for any body ache and pain, growing pains, stomach cramps. Nice even for small kids to warm up a little and use as a weighted blanket.
Throw it under the cover of your bed ten-15 minutes before bedtime and lay down in a heated bed….. super!!
Warm in the microwave for 1-3 minutes or leave in the freezer for cold packs.
