Complete Sequential PSA Set of the 2000 Pokemon World Collection. This amazing vintage set was a special promo binder released in 2000 that featured 9 different pikachu promo cards printed in 9 different languages. I owned a sealed copy of the binder from my childhood personal collection, which I opened and sent in to be graded. Other complete sets exist and are on sale on ebay, but none of them are sequentially graded sets that are actually in the original order of the binder itself.
