Air Max Zephyr "Evolution of Icons" CV8834 001

The Nike Air Max Zephyr “Evolution of Icons” is a colorway of the progressive running and lifestyle shoe that combines classic Air Max colorways into one design. Part of Nike’s “Evolution of Icons” collection, this iteration of the Air Max Zephyr is a nod to UK Grime artist Skepta’s “Sk Air” collaborations with Nike as well as a salute to the Air Max TN series. What’s more, the shoe features the same oversized sole as the Air Max 720. The iridescent “Celery” synthetic overlay on the top of the shoe references an original colorway of the Nike Air Tuned Max and Skepta’s Air Max 97 UL. Reflective metallic silver leather overlays on the collar and mid-panel shine when exposed to light in the dark. An orange Swoosh resides within a clear bubble on either side of the shoe. As mentioned, the “Evolution of Icons” rides on a giant, visible 720° Max Air unit.
