All knives have been pre sharpened & hand washed with antibacterial soap. The bamboo block has been wiped down with antibacterial cleaner.
Although Itook care of these knives, you as the buyer understand it is a pre owned set of knives that have normal wear & tear. The most common is small scratches near the knife edges, these do not affect performance. I am examining the knives as I type this & any unique defect will be listed below.
