All playback functions, controls, DAIR, Ambience, and Compression features have been fully tested and work properly. Known for its audiophile-oriented sound processing, the DX5 uses 16-bit converters and a 176.4 kHz oversampling filter, delivering 10 Hz–20 kHz ±0.3 dB response and a 96 dB dynamic range (manual specs).
