Ring is size 7 but can be resized, and the diamonds are larger than a typical cluster (large enough that you can clearly see each individual defined stone separate from each other) and does have the largest ones set at the center. Both pieces are set in sterling. This set is in excellent, nearly pristine condition in the original Kay’s box. Inquire about purchasing separately if desired.
