 1. Have the switch on the Mini WiFi set to "On" before turning on the Flipper Zero. 

 2. Ensure the Flipper Zero is off when plugging the Mini WiFi in. 

 3. Make sure the size of the SD card you are using is less than or equal to 32GB and that is initialized in Fat32.
