Vintage Avocado Green Flocked Styrofoam Head Wig Stand. Slight head tilt, closed eyes. Retro avocado moss green velvety flocked head wig stand. Possibly Norman Kartiganer produced mannequin head display. 11 1/2" high x 4 1/4" across the base. Good vintage condition. Styrofoam has been compromised in a couple of areas with dents, divots, and 'cuts' where the styrofoam is showing through. Velvet has good uniform color. The velvet in one side a little bigger than a quarter is press down where it was in storage
