Hand-Based Ulnar Gutter Brace

The Hand-Based Ulnar Gutter Brace is designed to provide stabilization for fractures of the 4th and/or 5th metacarpals or phalanges while maintaining wrist mobility. This custom-fit, molded orthosis offers superior support and comfort by allowing greater than 70° of flexion at the MCP joints of the 4th and 5th digits. The brace is thermoformable for a precise fit to the patient’s extremity, and it can be trimmed per the physician's direction to adjust the range of motion.
