This is the Insteon 2245-222 Central Controller Hub, compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, and 2 Insteon 2457D2 Lamplinc Dimmer Dual-Band Plugs. The Hub allows control over a huge assortment of connected devices, all from your smartphone or tablet. With the addition of these other devices you can create customized scenes for instant recalling of your favorite lighting settings, create schedules for individual devices or scenes, get instant alerts from sensors for things like motion, water leaks, and doors opening, control temperature from a Insteon thermostat, and more. There are also 2 Insteon 2457D2 Lamplinc Dimmer Dual-Band Plug in Modules which allow you to control a light remotely, turning it on and off and adjusting brightness levels. Compatible with incandescent or halogen bulbs up to 300 Watts and with mist dimmable LED bulbs. Also comes with power cord for hub and ethernet cable. I no longer have the start up guide (or at least I can't find it) but it is available online
