Beautiful Vintage Jim Cohen, Santa Fe Art Pottery, Garden Spire B Modernist Organic Form Sculpture 15” Thick and Dense Hand Made Clay Conical Wrapped Spire with Many Different Textures and Colorful Variegated Glazes Great Modernist Abstract Organic Form. Lots of visual and textural interest. I have another matching spire listed elsewhere.
Jim Cohen (1935 to 2018) once worked as a dress manufacturer for an old family company in New York. At the age of 40, he retired and began sculpting in clay. Jim’s skills as a sculptor awarded him the opportunity to exhibit his work in various craft galleries throughout New York City, primarily through The New School. He moved to Santa Fe and was a featured artist.

Very Good to Excellent previously owned vintage condition. May have some signs of wear or age, but I did not see any worthy of note other than a chip under the foot that is not very noticeable on display.
