The Scallion comes equipped with SpeedSafe assisted opening, for simple, one-handed blade deployment activated with a simple pull back on the ambidextrous flipper that glides the blade out of the handle. The purple Scallion's aluminum handle scales are anodized to accept the purple dye and produce scratch resistant, colorful handles. A locking steel liner secures the blade open during use and is easy to close for storage.
