there has been some issues regarding older models qr codes not imputing the doll code. HOWEVER, with a bar code scanner we are still able to input the dolls authentication code. again sorry for this issue however it isn’t on my end and i hope it’s understandable I do have the purchase history of it. When you purchase you will receive it aswell as the qr code to input the authentication to see it’s the one you purchased!
