Treat your skin to the softness it deserves with LeakMaster's Adult Prefold Cloth Diapers. 100% cotton in your choice of Birdseye or Gauze weaved fabrics. Birdseye is a tighter weave that is a little smoother and a little thicker than gauze. Gauze is a looser weave and quilts a little more with washing. Both fabrics are very popular and have been part of our offering since 1993. Both these materials have similar levels of absorbency and are long lasting, durable and stay soft wash after wash. The day weight diapers are made of four full width layers of birdseye or gauze and 1 layer of extra thick terry in the interior of the middle panel. The night weight diapers are made of four full width layers of birdseye or gauze and 2 layers of extra thick terry in the middle. This extra layer of terry definitely adds extra capacity without much added bulk. Prefold diapers are folded to fit and require diaper pins and a plastic pant to be worn over them to protect clothing and/or bedding from moisture. - LONG LASTING DURABLE ADULT DIAPER FABRIC – Guaze weave cotton is a popular fabric for infant cloth diapers and also makes soft, absorbent and durable adult cloth diapers. LeakMaster adult prefolds are also available in a birdseye weave 100% cotton.
- Choose DAY-WEIGHT or NIGHT-WEIGHT - The day weight diapers are made of four full width layers of Gauze cotton and one layer of extra thick terry in the interior of the middle panel. The night weight diapers are made of four full width layers of Gauze and 2 layers of extra thick terry in the middle.
- WATERPROOF PANT ALSO REQUIRED – Adult prefold diapers are folded to fit and require diaper pins or diaper fasteners and a plastic pant to be worn over them to protect clothing and/or bedding from moisture. - WASH INSTRUCTIONS: We recommend a pre-wash or rinse in cold water followed by a full cycle in hot water with the manufacturer's recommended amount of detergent. Dry on high temperatures with dryer balls if you have them. Chlorine bleach only when necessary and do not use fabric softener as it coats the fabric and prevents absorption.
