In good condition. Smoke-free home. LED Light Kit is included. Fall leaves are still in original packaging.
Keep in mind that a few pieces are missing but does not affect the structural build at all. Pieces missing are more the accessories such as the apple in the crate.
The first two photos show it exactly how it was before taken apart. All pieces to the stairs are included, they were just not photographed.
I tried my best to bag them up by the appropriate bag numbers it would be in the original packaging and put all extra pieces together in a separate bag.
