This item is about 30 years old, as I used it during my student days.
It's made of hard plastic, so there are almost no scratches or signs of use.
However, since it was actually used, I've rated it as "used."
It includes wind indicator tiles, and all the scoring sticks are present, including spares.
It comes with a storage case, but as you can see in the image, there is a damaged part that has been reinforced with tape.
As I've gotten older, I no longer gather with friends to play, and it's been sitting in my closet, so I'm putting it up for sale.
