The heel was inspired by Jeff Staple the creator of the pigeon dunk that dropped in New York. And Mimi Yoon is an artist by trade so she designed this limited drop of 80 heels to the public and 20 for friends and family.
The heel was sold on the NTWRK app as well in a resellers store in Los Angeles and that how you see JLO wearing the heel that to my knowledge was gifted to her or purchased. 
As well in the box you will receive two dust bags a certificate of authenticity and a limited and number art print as well the certificate is numbered.
