Ninja Foods: Recipes Included

The dietary restrictions that come with medical diagnosis can be challenging and confusing. Ninja foods are a fun and engaging way to involve children in the process of figuring out what foods are okay to eat and the foods that they should avoid. As a family, we have had to adapt to dietary restrictions as a result of Lyme disease and coinfections. The concept of ninja foods came as I was helping my son, who was four at the time, cope with the drastic dietary changes that had to occur as we began the process of treating Lyme disease.
