Up for sale is Noritake Morimura Lusterware tea Set 9 places, 3 piece setting. Hand painted, white and peach color, gold accent on the handle with floral pattern. Made in Japan in 1920’s.
Included pieces are:
1 Teapot + lid 4 14” diameter top opening x 9” tall with lid (44 Oz)
1 Covered sugar bowl 3 1/4” diameter x 5.5” tall with lid (16 Oz)
10 Bread/dessert Plates 7 1/4” diameter
9 Cups 3.5” diameter x 2” tall (one cup broke)
10 Saucers 5.5” diameter
All in good vintage condition, no chips or cracks. This is a rare pattern of Morimura Brothers.
