This is a Panasonic Let's Note CF-MX3 I purchased used.
I was using Windows 10 on it, but I've reverted to Windows 8.1 Pro using the recovery disc.
The recovery disc has scratches, but I was able to read it with the built-in DVD drive and perform the recovery.
CPU: i5-4310U, Memory: 4GB, SSD: 128GB, DVD Multi Drive
Keyboard has yellowing and is slightly sticky.
Exterior has scratches and dents.
There is one spot on the bottom right of the screen.
Battery life is estimated to be around 2 hours of actual use.
