Authentic controller. This controller came with a bundle I bought on eBay. It's seen better days and it's a bit dirty though I cleaned a majority of with some sanitizing wipes.
It charges and it performs fine I've had no issues with it. But just know this is a used controller, not by me, but a previous owner.
