Doubled Die Mint Mark (D/D): The most notable error is the clear doubling of the "D" mint mark, showing a smaller "D" inside the main "D." This is a popular and collectible variety for the 1960-D cent.
Extensive Die Cracks: The coin is covered with multiple die cracks on both the obverse and reverse. Prominent cracks are visible near the "TRUST" inscription on the front and on the reverse, running through the Lincoln Memorial.
