A traffic accident occurred on a major highway on the outskirts of Bangkok, Thailand, involving a large tanker truck and a medium-sized truck. A passenger car that was following behind could not avoid the accident vehicles and crashed into them.

Inside the wrecked passenger car, there was a “meat chunk that was supposed to be human,” which you wouldn't think was alive just moments before…

This work is often mentioned alongside “Death File” and “Junk.” It contains various real gore footage, mainly of incidents, accidents, and murders.
