The access panel comprises aluminum profiles, a Hardie Board insert, and a round cylinder lock with key. Both the outer and inner frames, each composed of four single frames, are securely connected via a unique welding process. It features a safety system to prevent accidental opening, which must be secured after each use. A ¼ inch (3 mm) joint gap between the outer frame and door leaf is equipped with an innovative, air-tight, and dust-resistant brush joint, along with a special resistant joint. These panels are suitable for direct mounting into solid walls or installation into a wall insulation system.
