Super Mario Plush BD&A SAMPLE/PROTOTYPE LUIGI??? UNIDENTIFIED ONE OF A KIND READ

This is a very mysterious plush that I obtained some number of years ago, it has plastic eyes and beanies inside. I have never seen a bootleg that uses beanies and this does look quite similar to the BD&A Luigi plush. BD&A is known to use felt details that are not made to last on their samples, see their Deku Link plush. I am not entirely sure if this is a bootleg or a prototype/sample but if it is a bootleg, they did not do wlel selling the bootleg because there is not a single other example of him documented. With all things considered, I think he is a sample/prototype from BD&A made for their Mario line.
