**NON-FUNCTIONAL!**
I replaced the video controller chip and all brand new ram chips (with sockets) AND STILL NO CHANGE!
There is a video glitch on boot up and I don't know how to fix it so hopefully you can.
IT IS COMPLETE WITH POWER SUPPLY, A/V CABLE, AND 3 CARTRIDGES.
