The holes of the tool have been drilled, reamed, and homed in order to make fine and clean cutters. The set contains 14 punches and die to create 14 different size circles from 7/64", 11/64", 3/16", 15/64", 17/64", 19/64", 5/16", 21/64", 25/64", 7/16", 15/32", 1/2" 35/64" & 5/8" (3, 4, 4.5, 5, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 12.5, 14 & 16mm). This tool is constructed from solid high-density and durable alloy steel. The base measures: 4-1/4" x 1-3/4" x 1" (108mm x 44.5mm x 25.4mm). To use please remember to put on your safety glasses and place your tool on a sturdy durable surface. The tool is packaged in some oil for its protection. Wipe off the excess oil before starting. The tool should be on a rubber bench block or pad for support. Use a lubricant on the cutting edges of the punch to reduce friction and ensure a cleaner cut. Remember the flat side goes down and the bevel side is up. Place the soft sheet metal up to 14 gauge and thinner (such as aluminum, brass, silver and gold) into the slot and put the punch into the hole.
