The TOPGREENER TDODS5-120 is a dimmer switch with motion sensing. In addition to full-range dimming, the switch automatically turns lights ON and OFF based on the motion detected in a room. An easy replacement for any indoor wall switch, the motion sensor uses Passive Infrared (PIR) technology to automate your lighting and bring your home into the modern age. The PIR sensor has a 180° field of view to reduce false triggers from unwanted movements and it is best suited for spaces up to 1200 square feet. The mode, sensor range, ambient light level, and time delay can all be adjusted with user-friendly controls located under the face cover of the device. The switch has two modes: Occupancy (OCC) and Vacancy (VAC), which can be changed by pressing both buttons under the face cover simultaneously. In occupancy mode, lights are automatically turned ON when you enter a room and automatically turned OFF after the room is vacant. Alternatively, vacancy mode requires the light switch to be turned ON manually, but it will shut OFF automatically after the room is vacant for a time. This amount of time can be easily adjusted between 15 seconds, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. In addition to occupancy and vacancy modes, the auto-light switch also features a full-control dimmer that can be easily operated with the top and bottom buttons of the device. Dimming helps to conserve energy and gives more control over your lighting. The sensor switch will also help you conserve energy by ensuring the light is never left on by mistake.
