The Vertiv Avocent USB Integrated Access Cable (USBIAC2-7) is a seven-foot CAT5 cable that connects a server to a keyboard, video, and monitor (KVM) switch. It has a four-pin USB Type A, along with an HD-15 and an RJ-45 interface. The USBIAC2-7 helps reduce cable bulk as it converts KVM signals from a server through a single integrated CAT5 cable to your KVM switch. It draws its power from your server, and its Keep Alive feature will keep your server working properly with or without connectivity to the Avocent KVM switch or serial console switch.
