I believe this is a 70s faux fur/faux leather coat by designer Juli de Roma. One of the best faux fur imitation I’ve seen. Excellent vintage condition. There are belt loops but no belt. One hook and eye closure in front. Two pockets. I would say it’s an 8/10.
