vintage hand carved wood heart shape picture frame

Super cute, unique and probably one of a kind. This adorable handmade frame is probably from around the 1940's or 50's. The heart shape frame has a palm tree on one side and an apple on the other. There is a hole on top of the apple that looks like it was meant to hold something (next to last photo}. Black hand painted trim highlight the inside edge of the frame, tree and apple. Also along the boarder of the base. No marks to indicate maker. The base measures 14" long X 3 3/8" D. 8 3/8" high from the top of the palm tree. The heart shape frame opening is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". The heart shape glass is 4 3/4"X 4 3/4". Simple hand cut cardboard back. 3 turn knobs on the back of the frame. The top on is broken. The 2 hold it fine. I don't know the woman in the photo, it was cut out from an older magazine. It's in very good condition with a couple minor cosmetic issues. The base has what looks like a watermark next to the apple. I ship same or next business day.
