The plate is stunning! It shows an Holland garden, "Dutch Country Garden" by Dot Barlowe. Dot (Dorothea) Barlowe was born in 1926 and is an artist well known for her love to nature. Wonderful colors and very detailed. Perfectioned with a fine gold rim! A peaceful place on a plate!
