The storage rack and rail system are NOT included.
- How to Use. The Exerband unilateral/bilateral tubing can be attached to the Web Slide Exercise Rail System (not included) or any standard door by pushing it through the side of the door and shutting the door to hold it in place. The Exerband bilateral resistance bands can also be used as standalone exercise bands in a variety of exercises. The Extremity Strap can be easily attached to the ankle, thigh, or wrist to anchor both lower and upper extremity exercises.
