The Palma is in very good, used condition. There are some small, hard to see signs of use that I tried to capture in the listing photos, though I think I'm just being picky. The case sometimes leaves smudges on the edges of the Palma but I have been able to wipe those away. The screen looked to be in good condition prior to putting the screen protector on. There are a couple bubbles since I didn't align the screen protector perfectly when putting it on.
Overall, it's in excellent condition, but it's still a used item, so expect minor signs of use. I never ended up using it as much as I expected, so that's why I'm selling it. I used it for maybe a total of 5 or so hours.
