When the temperature reaches about 85 degrees Celsius, the spirits starts to be distilled. The distillation temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees Celsius. Reduce the heat when the temperature is over 90 degrees Celsius, and stop the distillation before the temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius.
- Quicker Spirits Making - Alcohol vapor contacts the 304 stainless steel cooling coil, turns into liquid, passes through the cooling tower cavity, and flows out through the wine outlet. Alcohol vapor passes through the cavity of the cooling tower, through this way more alcohol vapor can be stored than alcohol vapor passes through the inside of the cooling coil, then more liquid spirits comes out.
- Wide Application - Can make grain liquor, distilled water, hydrosol, rice wine, fruit wine, wine, brandy, whiskey, essential oil etc. Besides, the barrel can be used for fermentation, or as a sealed container.
