The guided program leads users through a complete session in just under 12 minutes.
- WHAT IS ISOMETRIC EXERCISE: Isometric exercise refers to a type of muscle contraction where the muscle is engaged and working, but not actively shortening or lengthening, meaning there is no joint movement. This controlled form of resistance training allows muscles to work at a steady intensity while remaining stationary.
- HOW TO USE IT: Each Zona Plus session takes just under 12 minutes. The device guides you through every step of the training session. At the start of each session, the device measures your maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) by having you squeeze as hard as you can with each hand. Based on this measurement, the device calculates a personalized training level and guides you through four short two-minute exercise segments.
